Sportech Engineering S.r.l. is committed to delivering quality to our clients to agreed standards, targets or best practice using our values, policies and processes as required.

Our quality system is constantly refined to meet the ever-increasing expectations of our customers, whilst remaining conscious of the needs of the organization. The continual use of standard operating procedures developed through team working, ensures that staff at all levels understand what is expected of them, and appreciate the importance of customer satisfaction.

Quality is delivered through the close monitoring of all processes in line with ISO 9001:2015 procedures, specifications and requirements.

Our principal quality commitments are: to:

  • Operate within current local legal requirements and consider potential local and international legislation, where they apply, in developing working practices.
  • Communicate this quality policy to all employees and those who work for or on behalf of Sportech Engineering S.r.l. so that they fully participate in attaining quality objectives.
  • Support the development, implementation and improvement of the effectiveness of our quality management system.
  • Share best practice and efficiency improvements between divisions; drive a culture of quality.
  • Continually improve our quality performance and monitor key internal measures and customer feedback by considering the context of the business and operational management processes.
  • Increase the focus on risk-based processes through the quality management system.
  • Encourage an atmosphere of continual process improvement and problem prevention.
  • Maintain accreditation with ISO9001 and other relevant standards.
  • Provide education and training for all employees to support their job requirements, skills development and, as a top priority, health, welfare and safety.

The Management also undertakes to work with interested parties and stakeholders to implement this policy and periodically review the policy in line with the context of the business.
